"i am a fan of Rachael Ray, have one of her cookbooks and watch her show as well. I remember her making this sammie, but hadn't tried it myself yet. "We enjoyed this soup. I omitted the flour/water slurry. I felt it would have just made this into a stew rather than a soup. I also chose not to use the cheese. The dumplings were enough. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag Game. :"

"Very nice dish. Since oranges are a bit pricey in my neck of the woods, I didn't want to waste any of it. So, I also used the zest in the sauce as well. Gave it nice little boost of flavor. I baked 45 minutes and it was perfectly moist. Made for Pick A Chef Safari Event. :"
