"This was most lip smacking. My husband does that when he really likes something. The only thing I did differently, was to grill the zucchini, not pre-cook it. :"

"Very much enjoyed. As suggested by other posters, I added some salt and pepper. I too was a bit confused whether to use b-powder or soda. in the end using the baking powder made the most logical sense. :"

"Very nice. I actually had some pecans in the shell that I cracked for this. I will have to pay more attention to the final baking time, as it came out a bit more baked than it should have. It's still really good though. Keeper for sure. : "

"My husband very much enjoys rhubarb in any form, so this was a hit. Very easy to make. I did have to weigh out the flour, sugar and fat, but didn't have a problem. I left out the water for the fruit filling, as I was using frozen and added a 1/4 cup of flour to keep the juices at bay. The bake time was just right. : "
