    About Me

    Hey there! I am the wife of my dh, Steve, to whom I've been married a very short 11yrs. I am also the SAHM of three boys (9yo and 3yo at home, 21yo on his own). My middle insists that you know he is #57 in the picture, the first player facing you. LOL I graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Pre-Professional Psychology, which I get use of here at home frequently (especially reverse psychology, LOL). I enjoy making cards and am active in my local MOPS chapter. I have a collection of the Gooseberry Patch Cookbooks, for the stories as much as the recipes, but have found that Zaar has taken care of my appetite for any hands on cookbooks. I just love to bake, especially for the high school football team here during the fall. It is my favorite time of the year......sweaters, bonfires, leaves, pumpkins, caramel apples, football, all the stuff about fall is fun!     Favorite Foods

    Favorite restaurants......that's tough. Bonefish Grill, Thai Smile, Scotty's Brewhouse. I like different things about each one really. My favorite dish to make and the ones I'm famous for are just desserts in general, more specifically pies, dessert pizzas, cakes, and cheesecakes. I love most anything Tex-Mex and am always looking for a recipe that lets me provide my family with restaraunt quality without having to leave the house. Nothing could be more rewarding in cooking than when people enjoy what you've made. : )
