Hi everyone! I'm happy to be out here with all you fellow cooks/bakers.. I am no pro or anything, but I do love creating my own dishes. .As for following a recipe I generally do for the 1st time, but after that, I tend to fix them up the way I think I'd prefer them.. I guess that's how I get creative ;)
I am 51 years of age, and I have a Fiance' who LOVES my cooking, (Not to mention I am rather fond of it too). He never complains about anything I make, and there has been a few dishes that I must admit were NOT to good. But, he ate what I made and complimented how good it was.. Such a good sport he is. I live in the South, and have for many years now. But I was brought up in the North. So my cooking methods vary. I am always game for something new..
One of my favorite dishes (or should I say "One of my childrens favorite dish that they just LOVE) is my baked chicken and rice, cheese, and brocoli casserole. I will post this as soon as I get some extra time. It is really super delicious!
Chinese, and Mexican.. And oh , lets not forget CHOCOLATE!
