"Made this to thank Bobtail for reviewing one of my recipes. Used it on leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwiches and it is delicious! I've always put cranberry sauce on my turkey sandwiches and this mixture was incredible. I love every ingredient in it (especially dijon, except mayonnaise so I did cut back on that just a little. "Yum! Made exactly as directed and we had the moistest, tenderest, tastiest, fall off the bone spareribs I've ever had. It didn't say whether or not to cover, so we tented with foil for the first 2-1/2 hours and then removed and basted, basted, basted for the last 1/2 hours. Great ribs!"
