    Shared Recipe Low-Carb Arroz Imperial (Imperial Rice)

    Reviewed Braised Short Ribs

    "Anne's recipe is essentially the same as a Beef Bourguignon without the mushrooms and pearl onions that are typically added to that dish. As such, I think it has too much tomato sauce. Just use a single tablespoon of tomato paste instead. I also marinated the short ribs overnight in the wine that I used in the recipe. I used a dutch oven. Instead of water, I used stock. Tastes even better the next day and makes great sliders in small, soft rolls with coleslaw.
