"I followed some of the suggestions in the reviews. I marinated the fish in lime juice, old Bay seasoning and cumin. I didn't have cucumbers and didn't miss them. I used Coleslaw mix that was already chopped. I fried the fish in a non stick skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. It came together very fast and it was as good as restaurant fish tacos..."

"I made this recipe as stated. Thought it was pretty bland. Didn't have the complexity I would expect from pulled pork. It was very easy."

"Made this last night. We enjoyed it but it wasn't 5 stars. I thought it came out a bit too soupy. Next time i will only add 1 can of diced tomatoes. Also I will cut back to 2 tablespoons for the honey. We don't like tons of heat so I cut the Cayenne back to 1/2 tsp, which could account why it was too sweet for us.
    Thank you for a grea..."

"Made this and it turned out beautiful. Looked very nice and had a wonderful texture. Took it to work and got a lot of compliments. Here are the modifications I made. I used 1/3 cup Kahlua. I used Ghiradelli chips that were 63% cocoa. These were more like a dark chocolate type of chips. This made it not quite so sweet. I read some reviewer..."

"I found this on Simply Recipes and made it. It was fabulous. I thought the recipe just used 4 cups of beef broth, which I think is perfect. When my friend tried it she followed the instructions and used 6 cups and said it was too soupy. Highly recommend it with less broth."

"I tried this recipe for a dinner party. It was a huge hit. The only modification I made was to use the Italian blend of cheese. My daughter who orders this a lot at restaurants said it was the best she's had."
