"Ok, last night I wasn't really in the mood to cook anything big. Looked in the cabinet and saw all of the makings for this. When I went to grab my frozen peas, it turned out to be broccoli, so I ended up using corn instead. It was very easy to make, and the cheese was something different for me. Dh ate two helpings! Thanks for sharing!"

"I have to admit that I was worried when I threw this together. It really did not look all that appetizing. When I threw it in the pan, it looked so tasty! Just like the photo. I also used brown sugar instead of white. Next time I will probably try broth instead of water. Thanks for sharing!"

"I made this today to take for our annual 4th of July picnic. I loved it, with the exception of two things. 1. The bananas turn kind of squishy in the liquid. 2. The liquid never really got thick- it was very thin. I just had a bowl and love the taste though. Threw in a few blueberries for color too. Thanks!"

"I threw these together using some blueberries I found on sale at the store. I found that the batter was pretty easy to put together, and they cooked up great. When we at them, dh and I both thought they were a bit bitter, but that was probably just our blueberries. Thanks for sharing."

"I just got back from vacation, and was looking for a chicken recipe that I had all of the ingredients for. This really fit the bill. I did omit the cheddar cheese, and used a bit more parmesan than called for. It really got crunchy on my stoneware pan. Thanks so much for sharing!"
