    "Seen this on tv this morning and thought it would go great with Chicken Paillard, and it did!! Very easy to make and great flavor. Cannot wait for my garden to start producing tomatoes, this will be made often. The only change was I added an extra clove of garlic."

    "This is a very good recipe, tasted great. Made them up for dessert. Very important to let the filling cool before you try to put it on the pie crust, it will not set on the dough if hot it will just go through it."
