"These were absolutely amazing.I did make a few changes. I didn't have self-rising flour so I substituted 2 cups flour + 1 tsp salt + 3 tsps baking powder. I don't have garlic salt either so I minced 3 cloves (I love garlic and put in another half tsp salt. All in all, they were/are brilliant and I will make them thousands of times. LITERALLY."

"So tasty.Used a jalepeno pepper, also added sliced red pepper for my personal tastes. I didn't get the glaze to thicken as much as I should have, but that's because I chickened out when it said "increase the heat" and only ended up increasing it to about med-high when I should have turned it all the way to high. Next time the glaze will turn out..."

"Absolutely amazing oatmeal cookie recipe. I've been looking for a good recipe for ages - I hate when my oatmeal cookies don't stay soft once they're cooled! These are perfect and stay just the right texture whether it's 5 minutes or 5 days after they come out of the oven.I've made them three times now - I added cinnamon once because I love it, bu..."

"Delicious! A new family favourite - my mum loves this, and she usually doesn't like sweets. I've made it a couple of times as written anda couple of times with no sesame seeds (sprinkled chocolate chips on as soon as it was in the pan, spread the chips out to make it chocolated on one side. I'm going to try substituting honey for the brown sugar ..."

"Excellent! The first time I made them as described (only with pecans instead of walnuts - personal preference and they were fantastic - though I ate entirely too much dough before baking. I got approximately 48 cookies.I'm in the middle of baking a second batch - this time I've added a couple of tablespoons of cocoa, and chocolate chips. No idea..."

"Mmm! I've made this a few times now using milk instead of cream (due to not having cream in the house, and wanting to lower the fat anyway and it's still just delicious. I've made it exactly like the recipe and I've also had some variations - chocolate (using hot chocolate powder, chocolate-banana (with Milk2Go individual bottles of chocolate an..."

"I made two loaves at a recent gathering of me and my closest. I had my boyfriend pick up the pudding mix at the store, and told him to get me something interesting ; So he returned with sugar-free chocolate fudge, and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mixes. Both worked beautifully, and even those who said they don't usually like banana bread loved i..."

"I'm not a *huge* fan of white chocolate so I used semi-sweet chocolate squares with white chocolate chips. Followed everything else to a T, except I baked for about 50 minutes, but they still seem underbaked :( They still get 4 stars though because they were so delicious."
