"OMG! This was the absolute BEST! It tasted just like the Carrabba's recipe. Thank you for posting this! I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was yummy!"

"Excellent! I did change some things and it was still awesome. I didn't use the rice and put less water in it...about 2 cups instead..but I may need to lower it to 1 1/2 cups because it was still a bit soupy. It isn't real spicy which is perfect for us! Kudos on the chili recipe."

"Awesome! Even easier and much better than rice a roni spanish rice. I used leftover rice from another meal and instead of tomato juice, I used tomato sauce. It was really yummy and soooo quick. Thanks for the recipe!"

I did not used diced green chilis because we are not into spices. Also, I only used 1 tablespoon of beans, corn, and cheese into each tortilla so that it folded nice. Gre..."

"My dh said this was the best dish I prepared in months...I'm sure this was a backhanded compliment, but it received rave reviews at our house. I omitted the cayenne since we are not spicy people. We also omitted the feta cheese. I'm sure it would have been great with the feta, but I didn't have any on hand."
