"Very tasty and comforting. Almost a winter holiday-ish taste, with the nutmeg. One note, I did have to double the amount of polenta/cornmeal going in, because the amount listed didn't set right. "This crust tastes very good, almost similar to graham cracker, but with a bit more of a molassas undertone. It is a little grainy, but not in an unpleasant sort of way.
