    About Me

i love 2 cook 4 people and enjoy nothing more than finding new recipes and trying them out. love this website. i make a killer red sauce that always gets rave reviews. my best dishes are those nothing in the cabinet when u throw all sorts together and come up with a delectable 1 pot meal that seldom repeats itself!

    Favorite Foods

i recently discovered the tasty joys of puerto rican food-- i have 2 say that this is possibly the best food i have ever encountered. it is extremely difficult to find recipes though. if u want to try--check out the website thericanchef.com. a tip--sofrito is a MUST have for puerto rican cooking. goya makes a passable bottled version! u will love this cooking so flavorful its is spicy but not hot.
