"These were very good. The filling was very nice and I ate what was left out of the pan.

I may have not let the filling cool long enough as the juice ran out of the cakes when they were cooking and stuck to the cookie sheet. Next time I'll let it cool longer and maybe cut back on the syrup."

"This was quick but I didn't think I could stir it anymore as it was too thick. I added more milk and next time I'll add 2 cup of milk. I sprinkled Heath bits over the top of the cool whip and added some chocolate curls as I was taking to a dinner. Very good and will make it again."

Placed the dough in a pie plate and patted it down with floured hands, brushed with cream and sprinkled with sugar and cut them into 8 servings and baked for about 25 minutes. "Just finished baking these and have the kettle on for tea. I've eaten one already and these are delicious.
I did make some additions/changes as I'm hopelessly health conscious. I cut the butter to 1/3rd cup and added a tablespoon of chia seeds and a tablespoon of raw wheat germ. No one ever knows these are added so they eat them without compla..."

"We tried a version of this tonight and it was very good. I made a half recipe for just 2. I used just the mushroom soup and 1/2 cup sour cream. I used frozen 1/2 green beans and 1/2 peas and 2 cups of cooked brown rice. My stuffing is made with sausage which added a bit of spice. Thanks for posting this."
