I live in the beautiful city of St.John's Newfoundland.I work in an ice cream factory and yes I get to sample :)I don't have a favorite cookbook as such but I have put together quite a collection of recipes that have interested me over the years.Hmmm,a month off work,if the money allowed I would travel. My biggest passion would have to be bunnies, yep rabbits,I love em.I have one named Willow.I also collect alot of rabbit figurines and just about anything to do with them.
My favourite food would have to be just about anything that is sweet.I love to bake and have others enjoy it.There's nothing more satisfying than someone saying "you made these"? with a look of disbelief on their face.
