    About Me

I started cooking and baking at a young age. Everything I made never turned out. I always added way to much of every ingredient. I received the Joy of Cooking from my Sis, who happens to have a gazillion receipes posted on this site. I then became an average cook who can now whip up something as simple as pancakes from scratch without looking in a book. I'm always looking for new recipes and something different to make. The only days I am able to cook are my days off. That leaves me with Sundays. I love to prepare breakfast and dinner.-(everyone is on their own for lunch)

    Favorite Foods

My mom's polish food is the most warming food around. I make a mean Veal Marsala.
