"Absolutely delicious! Feeds a lot (it does say 15 and it definitely will. Next time I will use a smaller roast and store the rub (without the minced garlic for ease of use. The entire family loved this. I made it exactly to recipe. I will also decrease the salt a bit next time as well. I thickened the sauce to make a "gravy" and served over rice..."

"Great, simple recipe. Made this for potluck at work...put it in crockpot when I got to work and it was ready for lunch. Made our lunch room smell heavenly! Wasn't quite as spicy as I like but a few dashes of tabasco sauce fixed that. I think this particular andouille sausage was less hot than others I have had...Thanks for sharing a great recipe"

"I made this for my son's 20th birthday dinner and it was a huge hit. I didn't change a thing and it was perfect. I had different preferences for the doneness of the steak so here is my cooking times (used a cast iron skillet; 5 steaks. 1 batch of 3 and 1 of 2

"Super easy and delish! I did use andouille sausage. I cut back on the cajun seasoning to 1.5 TBSP as I was afraid with the spicier sausage, it would be too much. Not sure if it was this particular brand but the sausage wasn't as spicy as I was expecting. Had a good dose of heat to it but we enjoy our beans and rice SPICY so I will use the full 2 T..."

"These certainly took care of my craving for the fishcakes of my childhood. Next time I will increase the fish or decrease the potatoes as I personally like a bit more fish to a fish cake.
Otherwise this is a perfect recipe and extremely easy to make. Thank you for sharing!"

"Perfect, perfect, perfect! Loved the spices in this---much better than the spices that come in the little packet with your corned beef. It was a hit with the whole family. I agree with another poster that the flavors are even more intense the second day (thankfully I set aside "leftovers" before I served! Thank you for sharing."
