    About Me

I am a 27 year old house wife. I love to cook, especially in the winter. I enjoy painting, sculpting, reading, and playing with my 22 month old daughter.
I remember sitting on the kitchen counter as a young girl watching my mom cook her fabulous meals. She never minded having me hang around the kitchen while she cooked, and I think that is why I like cooking so much now.
I hope that the few recipes I have entered are helpful to some of you out there, but if you're looking for low fat recipe's, stay away from mine :)

    Favorite Foods

    Cheese, Cheese, and more cheese.
My husband thinks my lasagne is the best recipe ever, but it's really not all that. I just use ragu for the sauce and of course, lots of cheese.
    My favorite restaraunt....probably Papadeaux Seafood.
