There's really nothing much to say... I cook and bake to pass time. I love experimenting. I love tweaking old time recipes and making it my own. I love dining out and imitating the dishes at home.
I'm open to suggestions/comments to improve and swap recipes. Please feel free to interact!
I love baking! But my skills are still a work in progress. Or maybe because I never follow the instructions and recipes. (I've always had weird preferences for food.) But I do take pride on my copycat of Cheesecake Factory's Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, Sylvanna (Sans Rival/Sansrival) and Jelly/custard roll recipes. They're my most requested on get togethers. (Which I will be posting the recipes soon, when I get the chance to recreate as I don't keep recipes. Trial and error method when it comes to the ingredients' proportions.)
