"Loved this. Used plain homemade croutons (and some crushed crackers but added Penzey's Mural of Flavor to the egg mixture. "Very unique! There are lots of ways of screwing up risotto, but this came out great. I used some really nice parm regiano and some asian rice wine sherry and the flavor was rich and the texture creamy.
