    "this dip was a hit at a christmas party i went to. it does have a little spicy zing to it, which i liked. if you are making it for a big group of people you might want to hold off on the red pepper, since not everyone likes spicy dishes. it is super easy to make. i added a lot of parmesan to give it more texture."

    "i have made these twice. and they are without doubt one of my favorite holiday treats!! i usually add more rum. which seems to give the rum balls a softer/fluffier feel. oh did i mention the extra rum helps get you through the holiday as well?"
