    "What a great dish !!! I loved the flavor of the lime and curry... was so unique .. I would recommend this dish as a "go to".. it certainly will be for me!! I paired this with couscous that was mixed with garbanzo beans, zuccini, and a bit more curry powder.. was YUMMY!

    "Excellent recipe!! I made this with 2 cornish hens..and followed it exactly!! I even used 23 cloves of garlic. LOL.. The flavor was awesome!!! I took the juice from the pan, garlic cloves, and drained the inside of each hen into a sauce pan... smashed up the garlic a bit and simmered for about 12 to 15 min until it was reduced..     "Who would have thought that frozen green beans could taste so good? I am so glad I found this recipe.. paired good with pork chops and roasted butternut squash..
