    "These muffins were wonderful. I used 4 Tdry buttermilk mix and 1 cup of water. I alsoused canola oil and added 1 t vanilla and 1 T grated lemon rind.Everyone raved about them. I have found my new blueberry muffin recipe. Thanks."
