I'm a graduate of St. John's University, with a degree in Childhood Education. I am happily married to a wonderful man, and we have a beautiful daughter, together, who was born in October '08. I am originally from New York City but currently reside in Salt Lake City, and own a home in Southeast Idaho.
I love food, and my waistline definitely shows it. I go off and on the South Beach Diet every few months. I love to bake. I make good Tzatziki sauce (white sauce -- Greek salad dressing). Vegetables of all kinds are welcome on my plate, though my husband apparently has a strong aversion to anything green. I love carbs of any kind (except potatoes, which of course my husband adores).
