"Ease of preperation is key with this recipe. Its very easy to make and has very simple flavors. Be aware of what you are doing when making it though. I mistakenly grabbed garlic salt instead of plain garlic powder. It was very salty but still good. i served it over egg noodles with a side of corn. It was a yummy dinner."

"For this southern girl, this recipe is the epitamy of "yankee food". The casserole is pretty easy to put together. And, yes, I used boxed potatoes, Betty Crocker Roasted Garlic flavor. I didn't dislike it, but it didn't make me jump for joy. It was okay. Dan on the other hand, LOVED it! He didn't rant and rave about it, that isn't his style...."

"This recipe is what it is, hot dogs and noodles. Its not fancy or complicated but for being what it is, it is actually pretty good! There aren't any children in my house but I'd be willing to bet that if there were, they would really enjoy this recipe. Personally, I dug the sauce and think that it could be used with many other types of meat (or m..."

"The flavor is there but there are problems with the recipe. Baking @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes is no where near enough. I baked it for an hour and it was still very runny and the rice was crunchy. It finally was done at about 1.5 hours. At that point, the chicken was very dried out. I mixed a tad of cheese in with the rice and decided that if no..."

"Very refreshing! Simple to make and the directions are easy to follow. My only real problem with this recipe is there is no indication as to when one should add the lemon zest so I kind of winged it. Other than that, it was great."

"I don't eat salmon but the BF does so I made it for him. Very simple to put together and apparently pretty flavorful. The only complaint was the marinade started to burn a little and set my smoke alarm off. Other than that, it was good and I will make it again."

"Perfect! I never buy Green Giant, its just too expensive. With this recipe, we won't miss out any longer! I cut the recipe into 1/4 the size and it was perfect for the two of us. I think the next pot luck, this will be what I bring. Its easy and quick and probably travels very well! Thanks!"

"YUM! I made a few changes but only to the technique. I did add extra Tony Chacheries cajun spice but that is the cajun girl in me. :o The big changes were, I forgot to pound out the chops and by the time I realized that, it was too late. So what I did was toss them in the frying pan and brown both sides to get the crispy crust. Then I put th..."

"Fantastic! I am not a big fan of sour cream (I actually hate it but I decided to open my mind a bit. I cut it back to about 1/4 cup but left all other amounts the same. I think I could have used 1 or two more potatoes because the recipe was a bit runnier than I expected but that is irrelevant due to the taste! I attribute it to difference in pot..."
