I am a wife and mother of 3. Two girls and a boy. I started out helping my Daddy in the kitchen when I was about 5 years old. I love having people fall in love with my food, asking for more is like music to my ears! I like to make healthy meals for my family that only taste like they are bad for you! I'm starting recipe books for my kids so when they are grown and out of the house they can always have Mama's cooking and then they can add their own recipes for their kids.
I'm Irish so of course Steak and Mashed Potatoes. That is the first meal my Daddy taught me to cook on my own.
