"These are a great "treat" for the whole family. My kids actually couldn't get enough of these "healthy balls". It was my first time using dates as a method to sweeten up a recipe, and I really liked how it came out. We didn't have enough almond butter on hand, so I combined what we had left of the almond butter (about 1/8 cup and peanut butter. T..."

"WOW! What a GREAT cookie this recipe makes! I did make a change regarding the amount of butter used in the recipe. Instead of 1 cup of butter, I cut the amount in half and substituted and extra 1/2 cup of pumpkin! These cookies turned out fantastic! They are really moist and delicious! The glaze is really sweet, but I think it goes really well wit..."

"What a wonderful recipe this is! We have made MANY variations, and really...you can't go wrong! It's just so good!! I've used Trader Joe's puff pastry and their pie crust. It's delicious both ways. This is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Put your favorites on top of the cheese layer, and then add the egg mixture on top of everything. SO GOOD..."

"These cookies are FANTASTIC!! They come out nice and moist, chewy and delicious! We didn't have flax meal when I got the craving for these cookies, so I substituted with low fat vanilla yogurt from TJ's. I, also, let my 3 year old shake in as much cinnamon as he wanted. So fun to make these with the kids! Thanks for a great recipe. I can't wait to..."

"These cupcakes were great. We followed the recipe exactly, and didn't have any problems. We were able to make 16 nice sized cupcakes...which gave us some leftovers that got put into the freezer. They are keeping well (though 1/2 of those have already been eaten! Wonderful way to make cupcakes from scratch! Thanks for the recipe!"

"WOW! These are fantastic!! I love the "simple" ingredients, and how quick they come together! I modified the recipe by only using 1 stick of butter (1/2 a cup, and natural creamy peanut butter (no salt or sugar added. It still came out wonderful! I used Trader Joe's Old fashion graham crackers, and it gave the peanut butter mixture great textur..."

"What a GREAT, healthy recipe! My family ate them up! I love the simplicity of the recipe, too! I did make a couple of changes by substituting 2 Tbl. applesauce for the oil (for less fat, added 2 heaping Tbl. flax meal, and a mashed banana (as you suggested. Delicious!! We will certainly make these again. Thanks for sharing!"

"My sister and I made this cake for a family BBQ (it was our first time making a flour-less cake. We doubled the recipe, thinking we'd need it, but ended up having left overs (which I very much enjoyed!!! The cake turned out great!! We had to bake it longer (about an hour or more, due to doubling the recipe, but everything still came out fantast..."

"This is a great recipe (especially for summer time! Wonderful to make for a dinner party. We ate it as a side dish, and also in a salsa type fashion with chips! Great, both ways! Next time, I'll leave out the sugar, because the veggies we use are sweet enough for me. Thanks for posting! We'll enjoy this one a lot! :"
