"Delicious! I have made this twice so far and both versions were really great. Very moist and so easy to make. I added coconut to one batch and the other chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. My 3 yr. old loved it too! Thanks for a great recipe. This is a keeper."

"Wow, how easy! This was really tasty. There is only 2 of us so I used 2 large breasts, grilled them and 1 can of green beans. Threw a little shredded cheddar under the crackers. Very good. My DH turned his nose up at it while I was making it but cleaned his plate with a smile! Thanks for a timesaving and yummy casserole!"

"You must be talking about tamales. Rellenos are deep fried in an egg batter and never cooked in a corn husk. Might want to change the title."

"YEP! This was easy as it gets and tasted wonderful. I had a 2 lb. roast and it cooked 3 hrs. to fall apart with a fork. The only additions were some sliced button mushrooms I threw in on top and a few handfuls of baby carrots the last 45 minutes. I've cooked potroast many ways but this got the same results as a crockpot or braising but the gravy ..."

"This is easy and so delicious. Living in San Diego near the border I think I've tasted a million different spanish rice dishes, however I LOVE this. I used instant rice. I just boiled the ingredients w/o rice and added the equal amount instant rice and 5 minutes later it was ready. I will make this again and again."

I ate mine over rice and my husband ate his over the remaining potatoes. My house smelled wonderful. Next time I'll throw in some chopped apples as well. Had alot of ..."
