    About Me

I live in a smallish town in Canada very close to the American border. I work with medically/technology dependant children. My favourite hobbies include reading, baking, cross stitching, and watching decorating and cooking shows. I am still trying to figure out what my passion is. My biggest pet peeve is a messy disorganized household. I just want to junp in and help put everything in its place and get rid of the junk!!!! IF I had a month off of life I would travel, travel travel!!!!!

    Favorite Foods

I don't have a favourite dish I like to cook; anything that resembles a dessert, snack or candy is what I like.

I think my most famous family recipe is my croutons. They are amazing, but I haven't quite figured out a written recipe yet. It's a glug of this and a few shakes of that. My new famous recipe is the Butterscotch Confetti Squeares. I got it from a cookbook, and my family eats it as fast as it's made!

My son is very young, and money is tight so my most frequented restaurants would have to be McDonald's and Taco Bell!!!! If I were choosing it would be a local place called Cajun Pepper. Yummy! Mexican food without the heat!
