"Bad news for our favorite local Indian joint because we won't be getting their carry-out as much, but good news for my hubby and I because we just devoured this Chicken Tikka Masala! We served this with Indian rice (with cumin seeds and paratha. Only thing we did different was to add a little extra garlic, cut back on the cayenne, and used 1/2 he..."

"My boyfriend and I made this again last night. Our first two tries, we tinkered around with fat free half and half and used cornstarch to thicken, and the second time we used a Cajun "essence" for the seasonings. But last night was the winner! Using Luzianne Cajun Seasoning (complex flavors, nice kick! and 2 1/2 cups heavy cream, we had the best ..."

"Trust this Kentucky girl when I tell you this pie is YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!! My mom has been making this since I was a kid and it's always been a favorite! Except we use pecans, gotta make it as Southern as possible! This pie is chewy, thick, and best served warm! Make this on the first Saturday in May and pretend it's the good ole days!"

"Wow, just wow. This was one of the best, easiest meals I've made in a long time! Flavor was very nice, almost sweet with a nice little kick from the red pepper. Did two things different: Used parm/romano/asiago blend since we were out of plain parm cheese and we put a generous dash of red pepper, in addition to the pepper flakes! Yum, yum, yum! Ca..."

"What a DELICIOUS salmon recipe! The combination of flavors in this was incredible! The only thing I did differently was I broiled for 10 mins, then flipped and baked till done at 425 degrees. This made the top of the salmon with the cilantro mix taste very infused! It also allowed me NOT to burn it as I'm not too handy with a broiler and a timer! ..."

"I have been making this for years! But most recently decided to use "fresh" marshmallows from Whole Foods since I didn't have any Marshmallow Creme. Bad idea. It was gritty. Just thought I'd vouch for how AMAZING this recipe is as well as offer what didn't work with this delicious dip!"
