    "Absurdly good I patiently waited 3 weeks before cutting in to the first (of 4 and it's outstanding. I did make several modifications but I still consider this to be Sir Alton's fruitcake and it's outstanding. I made mine sugar free/diabetic friendly using xylitol instead of the sugar.     "This is a great and versatile recipe. I did the entire thing in a non-stick skillet. Also, I didn't have chicken stock so used 4 cups of water with one chicken bouillon cube, and I cut the butter back to one tablespoon and the salt to .5 teaspoon. Very tasty, and light as too. "
