Shared Recipe Dark Chocolate and Rum Truffles

I am a single mum with 3 kids , an 16yo girl, 4 yo boy and another boy 5yo who has ADHD and also Aspegers (ASD)
I live in a drought country and love helping with a food program, that provides lunches to the community for free. Students from the High school do the planning and cooking (with adult help of course).
My best cookbook I own is The Macquarie Dictonary of Cooking, i used it all the time and never out of view.
I am looking into making my food as basic and additive free as possible, I just start researching making my own yogurt so will add the recipe after some trails
My Fav food are fresh fruit and salads,(the inlaws have an orchard to excellent for me lol) but as also there is rum and raisin chocolate in that mix, something i love cooking with is Southern Blue Whiting.
My quickie dish is making Potatoe and Leek Soup, but the kids love it when i do Fried Rice (a real mix veg one), the great thing about living in a country town NO McDonalds, KFC or major chain takeaway
