    About Me

"Manicotti fish" comes from one of my first dates with my husband, because when I was making manicotti to have a special dinner for us, he hadn't heard of it and worried that I was making fish, which he despises, for our dinner.

    Favorite Foods

Well, manicotti. Other Italian foods. Mexican. Thai (though I'm boring-- I haven't been able to get over how good pad thai is, so I always get that).
