I love to cook. And then I love to take photos of what I've fixed before I eat or drink it!

"Every bit as good as the original! Even the kids couldn't tell it was a different recipe. I used Kraft low fat mayo. Pressing all the liquid out of the spinach is a "must". Don't just drain it. Use paper towels to press the water out. I made a double batch to make sure there was plenty for the party. Everyone loved it. I didn&#..."

"Nice comfort food for a chilly, rainy evening. A little too spicy for my liking, but I'm a wimp. The rest of the family enjoyed them. The ranch flavor was a nice addition. My daughter prepared them and had no trouble following the recipe. We served them with Recipe #52177."

"Good, but a little bland. I would have preferred more garlic and basil. We used the whole 8 oz. jar of sundried tomatoes and I was definitely glad we did. Next time, I would recommend using real garlic and increasing the amount of it and the basil. I think this recipe would also work well if you used crab (and maybe shrimp too in place of the chi..."

"My 15-year-old daughter made this for dinner this evening. She had no problems preparing it. We all thought it was very tasty but felt there was a little room for improvement. I think it would be better with twice as much spinach. We also thought enchilada sauce would be an improvement over salsa. She served it with Recipe #52177."

"AMAZING!!! This is one of those 10-star, keeper recipes. I used light cream and reduced fat Parmesan cheese. I also skipped the nutmeg as my family doesn't like it even in baked goods. I used my mini food processor to chop the artichokes and onion. The meal came together quickly and the taste was fantastic. Thanks for posting it Charmie!"

"What a wonderful recipe! Very easy to prepare and it taste amazing. I used it for a romantic dinner with my husband. However, I plan on preparing it regularly for the whole family from now on. I added sundried tomatoes to the spinach mixture and they complemented the other flavors really well. I also used 3 cheese tortellini. Thanks for posting, H..."

"The most disappointing sugar cookie recipe I've ever tried. First, the dough is very sticky even after refrigerating overnight. Make sure you use plenty of flour (or 1/2 flour and 1/2 confectioner's sugar to roll them out. Second, they puff up so much that it totally obliterates the design on our cookie cutters. If the flavor made up for it, I wo..."
