I love to cook. And then I love to take photos of what I've fixed before I eat or drink it! |

"So tasty! I loved all the nuts, seeds and fruit in them. I used my 1/3 cup measuring cup to make them rather than the 1/2 cup one called for in the recipe. I'm glad I did because they puffed up a lot and were very large. I will be making these again for sure!"

"My daughter LOVED these. I'm buying more bananas today to make her some since this batch was for my nephew's care package. If you like a crisper cookie, make sure you bake them longer. As written, they are more like cake, but still easier to eat on the run than a muffin."

"As written, we thought it was pretty bland. It tasted like cream cheese with a little lemon in it. ; I added 1 Tbls. of lemon juice, another tsp. of vanilla and 1/4 cup of sugar and *then* it tasted like cheesecake. Everyone loved it. Especially with the strawberries and fresh pineapple. I think it would also work to omit the lemon juice and zest..."

"I decided to use the dried cherries as the recipe instructions mention. I'm glad I did! It made the cookie taste like a pb&j sandwich. Yum! I was making these for a party where they would be sitting outside in some extreme heat. I was worried about them getting even stickier as they sat, so I rolled each cookie in some crushed cheerios and that wo..."

"A huge hit with the family! These waffles are excellent both freshly made and frozen then reheated in the toaster. This a new family favorite. I did cut back on the mini chocolate chips just a little to try and make them a tad healthier. The recipe made 11 waffles for me. Thanks for sharing!"

"My kids really liked the peanut butter and banana combination. The muffins baked up beautifully. They were high and very moist. I felt the baking powder flavor was too strong though. I might try cutting back on it a bit and maybe add some vanilla or something help mask it a little."

"Another excellent recipe, Dancer! I obviously chose this recipe assuming we'd like it, but it turned out that we loved it. I only made two alterations due to lack of ingredients. I didn't have any zucchini, so I added some fresh green beans instead. I put them in at the same time as the peppers and onions, and that worked well. I also didn't have ..."

"A great appetizer or finger food at a brunch or shower. Make sure you chop the veggies small. The mixture of cream cheese, mayo & dressing along with very finely diced veggies makes an excellent pinwheels filling too. Learned that trick from my SIL. Always extremely popular with the ladies."

"Delicious!! A great choice when you don't have time to make canned jam and/or you prefer a sweeter strawberry jam. We love it!"

"Very good flavor and texture. We used it for sandwiches and toast. My kids asked me to make it again."
