    About Me

    I'm a junior in nursing school and I love to bake and cook! I bake goodies for my study partners, my professors, my boyfriend, and my family. It's a great stress reliever! Recently I have started training to run in 5Ks, so I am trying to get in shape and making lots of delicious low-fat foods!

    Favorite Foods

    I'm known for making "crustless pineapple pie", the recipe for which I read in "Taste of Home" magazine. It's a yummy custard dish that tastes good with milk or whipped cream.
    My favorite food to cook is Ranch French bread (another recipe from "Taste of Home"). I love kneading homemade bread!
    My favorite restaurant is Cracker Barrel, but I never go there because I am always cooking instead!
