"Did not make the recipe for the salad so I am rating just the chicken. This method produced a wonderful crunchy chicken; however there wasn't nearly enough seasoning for my taste. Could not detect the flavor of the garlic or grill mates. I used chicken tenders that turned out very moist. I will definitely make this again with adjustments. Tha..."

"This is a wonderful recipe! The crumbs did fall off some, but it could be because I used Panko crumbs. Will definitely make them again and try regular bread crumbs to see if that works better. Served on skewers along with sliced rib eye steaks for a superb meal. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe."

"Made for our 4th of July get together. Left out the corn and added green beans. Didn't care much for the lemon in the dressing so next time I will use white vinegar instead. All in all, a very good salad. Thanks for posting."

"Made this to recipe except deleted mustard due to personal preference. Would also cut sugar back a little as it was a little sweet. Used this to top a salad of Romaine lettuce, chopped celery, sliced carrots and a jar of drained citrus salad. Delicious and one I will definitely make again. Thanks so much for posting."

"This dish has real possibilities. Used tilapia and shrimp and made the rest to the recipe. I would definitely make this again. I found that when removing the shrimp from the top of the tilapia, the crumb topping was also removed, leaving the tilapia bare and rather tasteless. I would rather add crumbs to the tilapia, then the shrimp and scallo..."

"Tastewise this is awesome. However, the dish was too greasy for me due to the eggplant soaking up too much oil when frying. I will definitely make this again and will brush the eggplant with olive oil and bake it. I am sure that will solve the problem and make for a healthier dish. Thanks so much for posting this wonderful recipe! Delicious!"

"Absolutely fabulous recipe! I added just a small amount of chicken broth to the bottom of the pan before baking By skimming off the fat in the drippings when done, you will have a delicious sauce to pour over the cut up chicken . I also used Italian seasoning instead of basil and oregano and the flavor was superb. Going into my "WOW" cookbook ..."

"Phenomenal recipe! Knew I had to make it when I saw Chef Shapeweaver's fantastic photo. Used mild Rotel tomatoes and omitted cheddar cheese and sour cream - don't need the extra calories. Easy and delicious! Going into my Favorites file. Thanks so much."

"Although the taste was pretty good in these burgers, I had a problem with the texture of them. I believe 1/2 cup of bread crumbs is way too much for this amount of ground sirloin which in itself is rather dry due to the lack of fat. I added another egg which did not solve the problem and perhaps contributed to a texture I did not like. Also, th..."
