     |  By William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin

"Cooking corn in the microwave is quick and easy, but for those who don't want to use plastic wrap, just leave the corn in the husks and microwave each ear for about 2 minutes. Let them sit for a few minutes to cool off so you can peel them or I often use the downdraft fan on my range to speed up the cooling process, hold the corn carefully then p..."

"Very nice and easy recipe. I mixed the chicken up with the batter and just stir fried it in a little oil, and mixed the sauce then poured it onto the almost done chicken. I also used Worcestershire sauce instead of the sherry because I didn't have any sherry, and fresh pineapple instead of canned. Added some finely chopped onion, chopped the gr..."

"Very nice recipe, I cut back on the spice by only adding a few sprinkles of the red pepper flakes as the chili-garlic sauce I found was quite spicy on its own. Had a nice light spice to it that was not overpowering, add more spice though if you like it hot. Will make again for sure."

"I love this soup! Thanks for the lightened recipe, I might even try making it with just low fat milk and see what I get."

"Great recipe. I doubled it and used slightly less sugar and butter. My fiance had eaten several slices before I'd even had time to let it cool enough to put the icing on! Delicious with or without the icing. Will make again for sure."

"Great basic recipe. I personally don't like a ton of sugar in baked goods, so I only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Also added about a cup each of chopped dried apricots and dark chocolate chips. Might have just been the added apricot and chocolate but next time I make this I will use even less sugar, probably a cup, as the biscotti was still a bit ..."

"I doubled the recipe and added about a teaspoon or two of vanilla extract into the dough mixture. Baked it in a 9x13 glass dish. Very tasty and easy to make. I will make these again for sure!"

     |  By Marie95

"I tried making this recipe last night and it was very tasty. Like another reviewer suggested, I added to the hoisin sauce to give the dish more flavor. I added sweet red chili sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice and rice vinegar. I also added cut up canned baby corn in with the water chestnuts. Instead of wrapping in iceburg lettuce, I wrapped it ..."
