"This recipe is a keeper. My husband and I both love it. I use yellow mustard as we are not a fan of Dijon mustard and I use a pomegranate infused red wine vinegar. I sometimes add cucumbers or bell peppers to it. Or sometimes I just use cucumbers. I make this at least twice a week now. I wish I could give it more stars!!"

"This was soo yummy. I wasn't sure about the corn bread at first but it was really good. I haven't really found a cornbread mix I like so I make my own corn bread using cornmeal and the recipe on the package... Update: June 3rd, 2012: This is a requested recipe now. Everyone loves it and there isn't usually any leftovers."

"I made this today and it was super yummy! My husband gave it a A . I only made a few changes. I used 1lb of ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also didn't add the water. I grilled the squash on the BBQ just for a few minutes on each side. I also added some green bell pepper to the sauce. Oh and I doubled the oregano, basil and thyme."

The next day I made my husband a sandwich with the leftovers and the chicken was still very moist. MMMM, so good, I want to make some more today."
