My father was born in Italy, so Italian food is a must, especially polenta. I love spicy foods, especially curries of all kinds and backgrounds--Thai, Indian, etc. Given the choice I would eat mostly fish and vegetarian dishes (not that I don't enjoy a good steak from time to time), and I have a serious passion for sushi! I am health-conscious (despite a terrible sweet tooth), and love vegetables, especially dark green ones, legumes, and all sorts of fruit.
