"I followed the recipe as written and it was delicious. It was a nice change but I think I prefer pork cooked to 140 (ala Alton Brown nice and juicy with a little pink. Good recipe but probably won't make again."

"I guess there is a first time for everything. This is the first recipe I've tried from Giada that I didn't enjoy. I can't get over the number of rave reviews this got. I thought it lacked flavor. Won't bother to make it again."

"Excellent recipe. I didn't miss the ricotta one bit. Liked the the fresh taste of the eggplant not being breaded and fried. Healthier, easier, and tastier. I thank my fellow reviewers for letting me know to make the slices thinner and to use less cheese. Good advice!"

"Very nice recipe. I will make a few changes next time I make it. I'll use all breasts, add chopped carrots for some added sweetness, more herbs such as rosemary, thyme and a bay leaf. I'll also skip the capers."

"What a lovely recipe! I figured someone who lives/works in Kennett Sq. has got to know their mushrooms. The only changes I made were to add a little fresh thyme during the cooking and sherry just before serving. Next time I'll probably try using skim milk instead of the half and half just for health reasons."

"What a delightful surprise! I'm not on WW and I only made this soup to use up some cabbage and veggies I had on hand. Delicious!! I am trying to lose some weight as well as eat a healthier diet so this is perfect for me. This recipe is going to be in regular rotation!! Thanks for posting."
