    About Me

I had to learn how to cook out of necessity and, over time, realized how much I enjoy it. I'll try anything but prefer desserts and sweets.

    Favorite Foods

I like to find things that look like fun to cook.I usually find a recipe, make it once as per the instructions, and then I start adding and modifying things to personalize the dish.I cook everything with dairy substitutes since my girlfriend is lactose-intolerant.Our fave so far was a chocolate cheesecake made with some tofu-based cream cheese instead of the real stuff.
