"I was looking for a au jus that I could make with what I had on hand. I made this and my wife loved it! She is my toughest critic. I agree with her, the au jus was delicious. We had some leftover prime rib from Christmas that we shaved and made the sandwiches with. A wonderful meal from leftovers."
