    Could live in the kitchen or in front of grill if my back could stand it for more than 2-3 hours at a time,  Secretly dream of owning my own little grill and 30 top diner/dive, wish I could make anything that requires yeast turn out consistently, dishes I make typically fall in to 3 categories: crack an egg in a pan and see where you can take it, brine and/or marinate and/or rub then grill and see where you can take it, cook any kind of pasta and see where you can take it. I can't find a cook top with too many BTU's, Searching recipes for that new idea is one of my true pleasures. I may be guilty of "testing" pasta for done-ness a little more than necessary. My photo taken just before Caribbean cruise, had my mustache beaded onboard for Pirate Night, Argh!
