    About Me

I was diagnosed with celiac's in April of '09, after a 2 week stint in the hospital. After 5 days in ICU, 4 in CCU and 3 in regular bay, I finally checked myself out, as they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I almost died the first night of septic shock. It took me going home, relapsing, and another visit to my primary care provider to figure out I had celiacs. I am a self taught " Home Chef". Finding out that I had this devastating disease was quite a blow. But I am relentless in my search for great gluten-free recipes.
Besides cooking, I love my daughter, and our horse, and many other pets!

    Favorite Foods

Black-eyed peas, carpaccio, arugula salads, prime rib, and mashed potatoes!
