    About Me

    I work in a middle school as an assistant principal. I love to try new restaurants, usually ethnic, and recreate dishes at home. I also like to bake, and would only eat dessert if such a thing were possible.

    Favorite Foods

    I love Mexican food and am just really starting to learn about all the different styles and techniques to really make it well at home. I also love Greek food, and many Eastern European dishes. We are just starting to branch out into different types of wines and cheeses. The great thing about Chicago is I can find just about any ingredient I could ever want!
