"This cumin was a little too strong for my family. Next time we will cut the cumin in half and add more cayenne. It was still better than the store bought stuff!"

"This was so easy! I made it in my food processor and it was flaky. I made a quiche and cooked it by itself (piercing it first with a fork in the oven for about 15 minutes before I put the filling in. I also used it for a meat pie. I cooked that all at the same time. It worked both ways."

"Delicious! I cooked the chicken in my crockpot with a can of rotel and a packet of taco seasoning on low for about 5 or 6 hours so the chicken shredded and fell apart easily. I doubled the recipe and was able to get 1 9x13 dish (which fed my dinner party of 6 and then another 9x9 to freeze for later. I also used both flour and corn tortillas. ..."

"I used 3 pounds (about 3 large breasts of bone in chicken. The lime taste really came through. The meat was tender and juicy. My husband put cayanne on his. I also used about 2 tablespoons instead of the 2 teaspoon written. This looked beautiful and gave a different taste than baked chicken I've tasted before. I will for sure make this one ..."
