Reviewed Panera's Cream Cheese Potato Soup

"This was very good. I made a double batch last night. I read a bunch of reviews and did what some others did. I prebaked the potatoes in the microwave and then cut them with their skin on. I let them cook in the broth for a while and smooshed them, then added the cream cheese. I immediately used my stick blender to make it all creamy. My husband as..."

    Reviewed Monkey Bread

"25 minutes wasn't nearly long enough for ours. The edges were done and were super tasty but the middle was just raw mush. We picked off the edges since we were hungry and threw the rest back in for another 20 minutes and it STILL was mushy in the middle."

    Reviewed Cinnamon Plum Crumble

"My topping didn't crumble, but that was my fault for "melting" the margarine. Had to convert to measurements I could understand in the kitchen but all in all tasted great. Family devoured it."

    Reviewed Easy As Plum Pie

"This was so super easy and not overly sugary as many recipes call for. My husband and I finished off half the pie. My 7yo said it tasted like apple pie. Had to bring the leftovers to my parents or else we'd finish off the pie before the night was over. They loved it too and gave me MORE plums to make them another pie. LOL"

"Kitten does it again! I just love her recipes. Yumm-O!!!
This was absolutely delicious. The entire family loved it.
For those who are interested I calculated Weight Watchers Points Plus calculation is 11 points for the entire batch. Not that I...ahem...could eat an entire batch, well...maybe. :) (the nutritional information listed doesn'..."

    Reviewed Bev's Sauteed Yellow Squash

"I have never been a squash fan but I went back for seconds and THIRDS for this. I ate half of the batch myself. haha My husband hates squash but tried it and said, "Hmm, not the greatest but it isn't bad" which for him is a compliment. I really liked it and don't skimp on the salt and pepper for sure!"
