    About Me

    Living here in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands has given me the opportunity to try some different ethnic varieties of many foods and I always enjoy trying new foods. I do all of the cooking in our house, so I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting things to feed myself and my wife. Since I was single until I was 33 years old, I had to do all of the cooking for myself, or eat out every day (and that's just too expensive), so I've learned to be quite the inventive cook. If it's in the house, I can turn it into something good to eat!

    Favorite Foods

    My wife thinks EVERYTHING that cook is delicious! But, I enjoy cooking, so maybe that's why everything tastes good. :^)
