    "Very good! I made it for dinner last night, used a roasted chicken from the grocery store. I put the chicken salad on croissants for my husband and I then made a couple more for my in-laws. My FIL complimented it highly (he thought I bought the sandwiches. Wouldn't change a thing........it was perfect"
